Basic Policies
• All scripts are subject to my personal Script Fill Policy, and all interactions are subject to my Boundaries Policy. Please read them thoroughly.
• These terms and conditions are non-exhaustive and may be updated or altered at any time at my own discretion.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, including no reason.
• By submitting the commission form, you affirm that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions in full.Timeline
• Average turnaround is 1-2 weeks. This can be shorter if my schedule allows or if the commission is particularly short. If you’d like the commission done within a specific time frame, we can discuss it. Larger projects may be subject to longer timelines.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances delaying delivery, they’ll be communicated to you ASAP.Payment Terms
• Payments will be made via Throne.
• Please be aware when setting your budgets that Throne charges a payment processing fee.
• Payment will be made upon completion of the script. Any payments made before the script is complete are non-refundable and do not constitute any liability on me to accept or complete your request.
• Failure to complete payment will revert any and all rights pertaining to the script and its distribution to me.Uploading
• Standard commissions will be posted as a Script Offer once the payment has been made, with full credit to the commissioner for the commission and concept. You may opt to remove this credit for no additional fee.
• Exclusive commissions will be uploaded as an unlisted Scriptbin document on my account, wherein the commissioner will have exclusive access to the link.Copyright & Distribution
• Regardless of type, the copyright for every script remains with me as its writer. You may not, under any circumstances, claim the script as your own or anyone else’s.
• Distribution of the script (and any subsequent fills of it) comes with the caveat of crediting me as is outlined in my script policy above.
• Under no circumstances are you permitted to use a commissioned script for the purpose of AI training, AI text-to-speech, or any other form of generative AI.Editing
• I typically run my scripts by 1-3 beta readers. If you would like me not to, please indicate this clearly in the form.
• After the script’s first draft is finished, you are entitled to one full round of edits during which I can change details to suit your needs. Any additional edits or extensive rewrites will cost an additional fee depending on their scope and scale.Limits
• I will not write anything that features:

‣ Any depiction of minors
‣ Incest
‣ Beastiality (monsterfucking is fine)
‣ Snuff
‣ Vore
‣ Gore
‣ Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or anything containing slurs.
‣ Conversion
‣ Scat or water sports
